Hummus

Have you ever tried hummus? If you haven't, it's a dip made from garbanzo beans or chick peas (same thing). One dips either tortila chips, tortilas or pita bread. It's pretty salty/sour. I made hummus for my very first time yesterday. here's my recipe:

Hummus

15 oz can chick peas( garbanzo beans), drained

¾ t. garlic, minced

1 ½ – 2 T. lemon juice

1 T. peanut butter

paprika to taste

soy sauce to taste

salt to taste

water

1 T. olive oil or vegetable

Blend in food processor until creamy (will be grainy), thinning with water as necessary.

Cut-downs of a 3 Year Old

We have some really funny cut-downs(Jokes). All of them are misspelling's or mishearings . Many of them came from T.T., Musical and LMH. Here's a sample:

Foron
You wan'a piece of meat
Sherplaaaak (LMH)
White meat

So we put 'em all together and we get "You wan'a piece of white meat foron!".

The Cheerio Song

Hi
I just made up a new song, thought I'd post it.

The Cheerio Song

Baby's got a cheerio, yes she does.
Baby's got a cheerio covered in fuzz.
Baby's got a cheerio, yes indeed.
Baby's got a cheerio, she's so sweet.

Little Miss H perks up and dances when we start singing this, she knows it's her song. Sorry it's not to the tune of anything.

Poem

Alter Ego

Sarah has an alter ego.
She can have a sweet smile,
Then she will think up something vile.
Sarah has an alter ego.
You would think it's a mistake,
But She bought a toy snake.
Sarah has an alter ego.
Said her baby sister's "Booteeful",
Of strange ideas, her mind is full!
Yes,Sarah has an alter ego.
